• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

4.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once products leave our facility, responsibility for the shipment passes to the carrier. Any delays or issues during transit should be reported immediately to both the carrier and our customer service team.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kérastase products. Unused items in original condition may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once used or opened:

• Leave-in Treatments (if opened)
